Take ownership by leading complex projects
As an electrical engineer, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary project team within our product development department and work closely with project managers. You will be responsible for developing complex electronic circuits designed for use in downhole drilling tools under extreme environmental conditions. In this role, you will strengthen one of our teams by developing advanced electronics for high-temperature downhole applications. Your responsibilities will span the entire life cycle of electronic design, including requirement specification, architecture design, simulation, implementation, verification & validation, and documentation.
As Electrical Design Engineer – Power Electronics you will be responsible for:
Circuit design of mixed analog and digital electronics.
SPICE-Simulation of electronic circuits under consideration of high environmental temperature.
Support of the PCB layout.
Test and characterization of electronic circuits under high temperature.
Development of test systems including hardware and software.
Qualification of electronic components for high temperature applications.
Complete documentation for new product developments and presentation of development results in design reviews to complete milestones in the technology development process.
To be successful in this role you will:
3+ years of experience in circuit design, preferably with Siemens Xpedition and/or Altium Designer
Above-average university degree (FH, University, TU) in Electrical Engineering.
Practical experience in circuit- and system design of analog and digital circuits, gathered during internships, thesis and/or professional experience.
Knowledge of the technology of electronic components and sensors.
Knowledge in the area of measurement and control engineering.
Experienced in handling modern electronic laboratory equipment.
Self-contained, self-motivated and structured to work within a worldwide functioning interdisciplinary team.
Good written and verbal English skills, due to working in an international diverse working environment and strong interest in working with other cultures.
Practical experience in FPGA design using HDL (VHDL or Verilog) (preferred)

The initial pay range for this position will be PLN 166,400 To 228,800. There are no provisions of any collective agreement relating to pay which will be applied to this position.
