What You Will Do:

• Assist the Central EH&S team with tracking implementation of EH&S initiatives and projects across the organization
• Data entry and validation in EH&S reporting system as required
• Assist in investigating the feasibility of renewable energy opportunities in Collins operations  
• Assist the Central EH&S team in monitoring of corrective actions related to EH&S compliance and audits.

• Learn about sustainability initiatives and best practices for a diverse portfolio of aerospace businesses.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.  
• Experience delivering presentations using data visualization tools to communicate production metrics or project updates to cross-functional teams or leadership.

Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
