CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an EAP Referral Specialist to assist CuraLinc's licensed behavioral health clinicians (Care Advocates) by conducing telephonic searches for network providers with confirmed appointment availability who will meet each participant's needs and preferences. Primary Responsibilities
- Assist Case Managers with Securing Appropriate Referrals for Members
- Create and Send Authorization Letters and Referral Packets to Affiliate Providers
- Educate Network Affiliates Regarding CuraLinc's Procedures and Case Management Requirements
- Assist with Network Development Activities to Expand CuraLinc's Network of EAP Affiliate Providers
- Conduct Other Clerical/Administrative Duties, as Needed
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree Preferred
- Excellent Telephone Skills
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Intermediate Computer Skills Including Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-Motivated and Highly Dependable
