We’re building careers that go places. Think meaningful work, exposure to global clients, opportunities to keep learning, and a team that wants you to grow with it. Our culture is collaborative, energetic, and built around giving talented people the support and opportunities they need to do their best work.
Now, we’re looking for an E-Learning Instructional Designer ready to turn expertise into learning experiences people actually want to complete.
Role Overview
Great e-learning isn’t information dropped onto a screen. It’s the right content, thoughtfully designed around how people learn.
As our E-Learning Instructional Designer, you’ll work with subject matter experts to transform complex knowledge into clear, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences for an Australian organization.
You’ll take learning from storyboard to screen—combining instructional design, Articulate development, multimedia, LMS/SCORM implementation, and quality assurance to create resources that look good, work reliably, and achieve their learning objectives.
You’ll also have room to improve what already exists, recommending better instructional approaches, processes, and technologies that strengthen the overall learner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate.
Develop resources and training to support effective e-learning delivery.
Support e-learning design, development, implementation, and handover processes.
Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Review existing learning programs and recommend improvements to instructional methods and delivery.
Monitor instructional design and learning technology trends and recommend improvements where appropriate.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant experience in instructional design, education and training, and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in e-learning technology or instructional design.
Hands-on experience creating interactive multimedia learning using Articulate.
Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS).
Strong understanding of SCORM.
Strong visual design and storyboarding skills.
Experience writing instructional content and audio/video scripts.
Basic HTML & CSS knowledge for minor code amendments.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to quality, usability, deadlines, and learning outcomes.
RTO experience is not required for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Moodle.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or other relevant creative software.
