The business is already established with an active Shopify store, Faire account, inventory, fulfillment, product photography, and social media accounts.

The Opportunity

We are looking for someone to help drive sales.

Our primary goal is to increase blanket sales through Meta advertising, social media marketing, and customer acquisition campaigns.

The store, products, fulfillment, and brand assets are already in place. We are not looking for someone to build a marketing strategy from scratch. We are looking for someone who can execute, test, optimize, and generate results.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns

  • Develop ad creative using our existing product photography, videos, and brand assets

  • Test new advertising concepts, audiences, and offers

  • Create and schedule social media content that supports sales and marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate influencer and creator outreach

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for sales and return on ad spend

  • Provide simple weekly reporting on campaign performance, sales, and recommendations

Requirements

  • Experience running Meta advertising campaigns

  • Experience with Shopify

  • Experience creating digital ad creative

  • Strong written English communication skills

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

  • Results-oriented mindset

Time Commitment & Compensation

We expect this role to require approximately 5–8 hours per week once ramped up.

The first few weeks may require additional time to become familiar with the products, brand assets, advertising accounts, and existing marketing efforts. After that, the role should primarily focus on campaign execution, optimization, and testing.

Compensation

  • $500 USD per month base compensation

  • Additional performance bonus tied directly to sales generated
