The consultant will lead complex Dynamics 365 F&O implementation initiatives and design scalable solutions for financial and operational processes. They are responsible for defining technical standards, resolving complex issues, and guiding multidisciplinary teams through the project lifecycle.
About the Role
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant to technically lead complex consulting and implementation initiatives involving enterprise financial, operational, and supply chain processes.
In this role, you will design and guide Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, define functional and technical patterns, and support key decisions to ensure reliable, integrated, secure, and scalable ERP environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design complex solutions integrating ERP capabilities, business processes, and Dynamics 365 F&O configuration.
Lead the discovery and analysis of financial, operational, and supply chain processes.
Define patterns, controls, and standards across Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
Design and optimize procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, and inventory processes.
Establish strategies for reporting, master data, migrations, and enterprise integrations.
Resolve complex technical and functional issues and lead root cause analysis.
Optimize solutions for reliability, security, performance, automation, and cost efficiency.
Evaluate alternatives and clearly communicate risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Lead technical reviews, solution validations, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities.
Guide less experienced consultants and support knowledge transfer across the team.
Support decision-making with clients, architecture, security, and operations stakeholders.
Identify reusable assets and recommend improvements to standards, processes, and delivery practices.
Manage assigned responsibilities while proactively communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Technology, or a related field. Equivalent demonstrated professional experience may also be considered.
5+ years of experience in consulting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or closely related solutions.
Solid experience working with complex production environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, ERP and enterprise business processes, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, inventory management, ERP configuration and parameterization, reporting and master data, data migration, and enterprise integrations.
Experience considering quality, service continuity, metrics, cost, performance, security, and risk when designing and implementing solutions.
B2 English proficiency, with the ability to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively in a professional environment.
