About the Role

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist, you will help customers by providing reliable support and ensuring every interaction creates a positive experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Providing clear answers and effective solutions to customer requests.
• Managing customer interactions with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Using internal systems and tools to deliver accurate support.
• Working closely with international colleagues to maintain excellent service quality.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to help.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Positive mindset and motivation to learn.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Full training will be provided.
