• Omnichannel Support: Managing customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with fluent, professional Dutch and English skills.
• Complex Problem Solving: Investigating and resolving detailed reservation issues and account inquiries with patience and empathy.
• Travel Advisory: Staying up to date on global travel rules and corporate systems to provide accurate, high-level guidance.
• CRM Logging: Recording all guest interactions precisely in the database to keep client histories accurate.
• Goal Achievement: Meeting individual efficiency metrics while collaborating with a global workforce to maintain service excellence.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Language Skills:
  • Dutch: C2-level / fluent command to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • English: B2-level or higher proficiency for training programs, system software, and internal communications.
