The DOE Coordinator Assistant will manage daily coordination tasks including EVV activities, visit maintenance, and timesheet completion. They will also assist with last-minute staffing needs and perform necessary follow-ups on MAF documentation.
Location: Remote | US Timezone - ET
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Independent Contractor
Training Schedule:
● Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
● Friday: 9:00 AM–12:30 PM
● 45-minute unpaid break each day
Post-Training Schedule:
● Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
● 45-minute unpaid break each day
About the Role
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented DOE Coordinator Assistant with hands-on
experience using HHA Exchange. The ideal candidate will support daily coordination activities related to EVV, visit maintenance, timesheets, and staffing.
Key Responsibilities
● Follow up on EVV activities.
● Perform visit maintenance.
● Conduct MAF follow-ups.
● Create timesheets.
● Follow up on timesheets to ensure completion.
● Assist with last-minute staffing needs.
Required Experience
● Hands-on HHA Exchange experience is required.
● Experience with EVV, visit maintenance, MAF follow-ups, timesheets, and staffing
coordination is preferred based on the responsibilities of the role.
