Position Summary

The DMLSS Program Support Specialist provides centralized administrative, reporting, and coordination support to DHA Headquarters and OCONUS facilities. This role supports program management activities, tracking, reporting, and coordination across DMLSS/LogiCole FM task areas.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support DHA program management, reporting, and coordination activities.
  • Assist with preparation of monthly progress reports, staffing reports, and deliverables.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and data calls.
  • Support training coordination and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining communication plans and meeting documentation.
  • Coordinate with AOR Managers and DSS personnel as required.
  • Maintain documentation repositories and collaborative tools

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting government or DoD programs preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to meet security and access requirements.
