The Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for optimizing and scaling the commercial operating model for Fortra's Power business. This leader owns revenue processes, forecasting, analytics, renewals operations, customer lifecycle operations, reporting, and operational performance management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop RevOps strategy including but not limited to, reporting, lead customer and renewal operations, optimize quote-to-cash processes, establish customer health and retention metrics, pricing guidance and maintenance, partner with Finance, Marketing, Product Management, Services, Sales, and leadership on planning and performance. 

SUCCESS METRICS 

ARR Growth, NRR, GRR, Renewal Rate, Expansion Revenue, Forecast Accuracy, Quote Turnaround Time, Data Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Churn Reduction. 

QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or related functions; 5+ years leading managers; strong forecasting, analytics, CRM, and business operations expertise.

Compensation: 155,000 USD - 205,000 USD
