Director of Operations & Service Growth

Job Description

This is a build-and-run role. You'll launch and scale a new technology-enabled service business from scratch — while simultaneously stepping into embedded, COO-level operating responsibility for our multi-location food-service business. Half business builder, half hands-on operator.

What You'll Own

• Turn an approved business vision into a real, executable plan and roadmap
  

• Personally launch early sales, service, and operating processes
  

• Build customer, merchant, and delivery-partner networks
  

• Lead day-to-day multi-location operations through Area and Location Managers
  

• Own service quality, speed, and customer outcomes across every location
  

• Improve online conversion, retention, and digital contribution margin
  

• Build systems that reduce dependence on manual follow-up and personal rescue
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Significant senior operating and commercial leadership experience
  

• A genuine track record building or scaling a business or service network
  

• Multi-location restaurant, delivery, logistics, or service-operations background
  

• Strong business development and partnership experience
  

• Practical, hands-on use of AI, analytics, and workflow tools
  

Bonus Points

• Experience holding managers accountable while developing their capability
  

• Online sales / e-commerce growth experience
  

• Comfort operating across both strategy and field-level execution
