The Impact You Will Have
This position supports and helps execute the organization’s new Coupe sales goals, business development, and broker/consultant relationship management to win and retain business. This individual is accountable for leading teams that prospect and sell new Coupe business on acceptable financial terms, and for ensuring that the voice of the customer is represented to other areas of the Coupe operations such as operations, account management and IT. The position supports gaining executive endorsement for Coupe business and alignment with corporate objectives to secure new business opportunities across Large Group and National segments. This position will drive financial performance and growth to meet corporate goals in conjunction with their leadership. Influences a diverse set of contacts across functions and at all levels internally and externally.

Role designation definition: Teleworking is working full time remote. Hybrid is a minimum of 2 days onsite. Onsite is full-time onsite.
