PRIMARY FUNCTION/GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION
Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc., headquartered in Madison, WI, has an opening available for a Director of Analytics and Reporting. Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm. Company headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin. Residence and remote work permitted from anywhere within the U.S.
Duties: The Director of Analytics and Reporting acts as the strategic thought leader for analytics and reporting practice areas providing recommendations while keeping capacity management at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related quantitative field (foreign equivalent degree accepted). In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, will accept education equivalency in the required fields of study that is based on a single foreign degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or work experience determined to be equivalent by a qualified evaluation source.
10 years of experience in each of the following:
Also requires 8 years of experience in each of the following:
7 years of experience in: Designing operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using IT Managed services tools (including Genesys, Workday and ServiceNow), to support operational and business performance.
5 years of experience in: Working with stakeholders to align the data strategy with business objectives.
