Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA or open to Remote

This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Director, Global Recruiting Technology, you will lead the strategy, deployment, and evolution of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and the broader recruiting technology ecosystem. You will also help to advance how recruiting technology enables better hiring outcomes, improved experiences, and scalable global growth.

On the Technology and Innovation team reporting to the VP, HR Technology and Innovation, you will support projects including partnering closely with Recruiting COE leaders to ensure recruiting technology is not only stable and compliant, but continuously evolving, leveraging innovation, new capabilities, and external partnerships to meet the future needs of the business.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Own Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) as the global ATS platform, serving as product and platform leader for configuration, enhancements, integrations, and release management
  • Lead global ORC deployments and post-go-live optimization, balancing enterprise standardization with regional and regulatory requirements
  • Lead the end-to-end recruiting technology ecosystem, including ORC and integrated solutions such as assessments, background screening, job distribution, CRM, offer management, and external vendors
  • Evaluate, pilot, and introduce new recruiting technologies and partners that enhance hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and recruiter productivity
  • Partner with Recruiting COE leaders to identify opportunities where technology can simplify workflows, remove friction, and improve hiring outcomes
  • Define and manage the recruiting technology roadmap, backlog, and prioritization process, incorporating both business demand and forward-looking innovation
  • Establish operational rigor across system stability, data quality, reporting accuracy, and platform performance
  • Ensure recruiting systems support high-volume, workforce hiring and corporate recruiting use cases at global scale
  • Partner with IT, Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Legal teams to ensure compliance with data protection, security, and regional regulations
  • Manage vendor and systems-integrator relationships, ensuring delivery quality, accountability, and value realization
  • Provide direction, and technical oversight to recruiting technology resources and delivery teams

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Partner with Recruiting COE leaders to align ORC capabilities and recruiting technology innovations with global hiring strategies and operating models
  • Work with Regional HR and Recruiting teams to understand local market needs and identify opportunities for technology-led improvements
  • Collaborate with HR Technology platform leaders (Core HCM, Onboarding, Learning, Identity, Analytics) to deliver seamless, end-to-end recruiting and hire-to-employee processes
  • Engage with Innovation, Analytics, and Product teams to explore emerging technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, and process automation
  • Be a strategic advisor to HR and Recruiting leadership on technology trends, vendor capabilities, and future-state recruiting platforms
  • Engage with Change Management, Training, and Communications teams to support global rollout, adoption, and sustained usage

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

  • Global Oracle Recruiting Cloud strategy, governance, and operating model
  • Recruiting technology innovation roadmap, including evaluation of new tools, pilots, and strategic partnerships
  • Successful global and regional ORC deployments, enhancements, and integrations
  • Standardized recruiting workflows, configurations, and scalable technical design patterns
  • Recruiting technology roadmap, release cadence, and continuous improvement plans
  • Platform health, adoption, and recruiting KPI reporting (e.g., time-to-hire, funnel health, system usage)
  • Clear documentation, standards, SOPs, and support models for recruiters and HR partners

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Eight plus (8+) years of experience in HR Technology, Talent Acquisition Technology, or enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Demonstrated experience delivering and evolving recruiting technology solutions across global, multi-region environments
  • Understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes for both corporate and workforce hiring
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
