As a key member of the ECRS leadership team, you’ll work across Business Development, Engineering, Customer Support, ECOE, MARCOM, and site leadership to translate market insights into portfolio priorities and actionable growth strategies. You’ll develop business cases, evaluate opportunities across the engine lifecycle, engage with OEMs and customers, and help position Chromalloy to capture emerging opportunities as fleets and customer requirements evolve.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the NPI strategy across Aero, Power Generation, Military, and APU engine platforms, identifying opportunities for portfolio expansion and long-term growth.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the fleet lifecycle, including how engine populations, utilization, maturity, retirements, and changing maintenance needs influence future repair demand.
  • Build market intelligence around OEM product strategies, engine platforms, customer needs, competitive activity, and aftermarket trends to inform NPI priorities.
  • Understand what OEMs and operators need from products and aftermarket solutions and translate those needs into opportunities for Chromalloy.
  • Evaluate Chromalloy’s existing portfolio and capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities across new, mid-life, and mature engine platforms.
  • Partner with Business Development and Customer Support to engage OEMs, operators, and other customers, identify unmet needs, and develop opportunities that support future growth.
  • Build compelling business cases for new capabilities, products, repair solutions, and strategic investments based on market potential, customer demand, and business value.
  • Translate customer and market insights into clear portfolio priorities, helping determine where Chromalloy should invest and which opportunities should move forward.
  • Partner across Engineering, ECOE, ECRS sites, Business Development, Customer Support, and MARCOM to bring prioritized opportunities from concept to market.
  • Monitor market, fleet, customer, and portfolio performance to ensure NPI priorities remain aligned with evolving business opportunities.
  • Provide senior leadership with clear recommendations on market opportunities, portfolio strategy, investment priorities, competitive positioning, and growth potential.
  • Support customer and OEM discussions by connecting Chromalloy’s capabilities with current and future market needs.
  • Ensure all initiatives align with applicable safety, quality, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
