Job Summary:

The Director, Enterprise Integration Solutions serves as the strategic and operational bridge between Pellera's account teams, customers, and delivery organizations. This role is responsible for transforming customer business and technical requirements into scalable, repeatable, and executable service delivery models across Pellera's warehousing, configuration, logistics, deployment, integration, and lifecycle services capabilities.

As the lead architect for enterprise integration services, this individual owns the design, documentation, operational readiness, governance, and quality framework necessary to ensure successful customer outcomes. The Director serves as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, solution specialists, project teams, and warehouse operations to ensure solutions can be delivered consistently, efficiently, and at scale.

While initially an individual contributor, this role provides cross-functional leadership and dotted-line direction across operational, delivery, and project resources supporting customer engagements.

 

Essential Functions:

Enterprise Solution Architecture

  • Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business, operational, and technical requirements.
  • Translate customer objectives into scalable service delivery and operational execution models.
  • Design integrated solutions spanning device lifecycle management, warehousing, logistics, deployment, asset management, configuration, and managed services.
  • Partner with account teams during solution development, customer presentations, and strategic planning activities.
  • Serve as the primary architectural authority for complex integration and lifecycle services opportunities.

Operational Design & Service Development

  • Design end-to-end service delivery frameworks and operational workflows.
  • Develop customer-specific and standardized operational runbooks.
  • Establish warehouse process requirements, configuration specifications, deployment methodologies, and service execution standards.
  • Identify new service offerings and operational capabilities needed to support evolving client demands.
  • Drive standardization and repeatability across service delivery operations.

Warehouse & Delivery Enablement

  • Partner with warehouse leadership to define the capabilities, processes, tooling, and resources necessary for successful execution.
  • Recommend improvements to operational workflows, automation, quality controls, and service delivery methodologies.
  • Provide guidance and functional leadership to implementation teams and operational stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational readiness prior to customer onboarding and implementation activities.
  • Support training and knowledge transfer efforts for delivery teams.

Governance & Quality Management

  • Establish operational KPIs, service standards, and quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct solution readiness reviews and operational assessments.
  • Monitor implementation performance and delivery outcomes.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for service delivery issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across integration and lifecycle services operations.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the primary coordination point between account executives, solution architects, project managers, engineers, customer stakeholders, and warehouse operations teams.
  • Provide dotted-line leadership and execution guidance to cross-functional resources supporting client implementations.
  • Influence priorities and drive accountability across functions without formal reporting responsibilities.
  • Facilitate executive reviews, customer governance meetings, and operational steering committees.

      Leadership Expectations

Although initially an individual contributor role, the Director will:

  • Provide functional leadership across multiple business units.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through influence and expertise.
  • Establish operational standards and best practices.
  • Drive alignment between customer requirements and delivery capabilities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant.
  • Support future organizational development and team expansion as service capabilities mature.

Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies

  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT services, lifecycle services, logistics, and operational delivery models.
  • Proven ability to design scalable operational processes and customer solutions.
  • Strong warehouse operations, deployment services, configuration services, or supply chain integration experience.
  • Exceptional process documentation and runbook development capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into operational execution plans.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives through influence rather than formal authority.
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

 

Education and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, professional services, managed services, integration services, or lifecycle services.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise customers and multi-site deployments.
  • Knowledge of Digital Workplace, Device Lifecycle Management, Asset Management, ITAD, Configuration Services, Logistics, and Managed Services.
  • Experience working with enterprise ecosystems.
  • Experience leading cross-functional transformation or service development initiatives.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
