The Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving strategic revenue growth for the company’s IT Outsourcing and Consulting offerings. Reporting directly to the EVP of Business Development, this role will focus on building and expanding client relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and supporting go-to-market initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives. This role is less transactional and more strategic, emphasizing relationship development, pipeline strategy, partner collaboration, and executive-level engagement.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead business development strategy for IT Outsourcing and IT Consulting services
Identify and cultivate new client and partner relationships to support revenue growth
Support new logo acquisition through strategic account development and executive engagement
Partner with sales, delivery, and solutions teams to shape opportunities and pursue qualified pipeline
Provide oversight and guidance across the sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification through close
Collaborate with the EVP of Business Development on go-to-market planning and growth initiatives
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities with visibility into forecasts
Develop executive-level relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers
Provide market, customer, and competitive insights to inform business strategy
Represent the company in executive meetings, client presentations, and industry events
QUALIFICATIONS:
8+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or client growth within IT Outsourcing, Managed Services, or IT Consulting
Demonstrated success driving strategic growth and expanding client relationships
Strong understanding of IT services delivery models and consulting engagements
Experience working with mid-market and/or enterprise clients
Ability to influence and partner across sales, delivery, and executive teams
Strong executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a private equity–backed or high-growth professional services environment
Established industry relationships or partner ecosystem experience
Experience contributing to GTM strategy, account planning, or market expansion initiatives
