About the Role:

The Data Science team is expanding and is looking for a Director of AI Engagements and Operations. We're investing in a Director with skill in strategic AI strategy, leading teams of varied skill sets, AI partner engagements, and operational execution in a complex Cybersecurity AI environment. Your primary focus will be to use CrowdStrike's AI Strategy to align the R&D and product delivery functions in the Office of the Chief AI Officer across the array of CrowdStrike products. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Data Science Strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Work at the intersection of AI, Cybersecurity, Engagement, and Operations

• Engage with leadership across the business to drive AI throughout the company

• Stay aware of and incorporate applicable trends and innovations into our research pipeline where they make sense and communicate where they do not

• Be strategic and ruthless in your prioritization

• Be an agent of change

• Set organizational goals and success targets

• Relentless focus on holistic company outcomes while delivering intentional customer value

• Create order out of complex environments

• Organize raw research into thought leadership

• Drive strategic partner AI engagements

What You'll Need:

• MS or equivalent preferred plus 12+ years working in AI/Strategy

• Expertise in product management

• Expertise in AI

• Expertise with cyber security

• Expertise in Generative Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and ML Ops

• Effective communicator and planner that can build consensus within a large team

• Expertise in working across timezones and geographic regions

• Experience building resilient and robust systems

• Experience in a leadership role

Bonus Points:

• Experience with productionizing Generative AI models

• History of thought leadership blogs or papers

• Marketing experience

• Experience with executive communications

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $195,000 - $290,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
