Direct Hire Recruiter

Skilled Trades Partners (STP) is looking for an experienced, motivated Direct Hire Recruiter to join our growing team.

This is a 100% remote, commission-only opportunity focused on placing skilled trades and construction professionals in permanent positions with our clients. Candidates may work from anywhere in the U.S., although Eastern or Central Time Zone availability is preferred. Part Time or Full Time; you decide!

What You’ll Do

• Recruit candidates for direct-hire positions within the construction and skilled trades industries
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
• Interview and qualify candidates based on experience, compensation, location, and career goals
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage them throughout the interview and hiring process
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled trades and construction professionals
• Follow up with candidates and clients to help move placements across the finish line

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience strongly preferred
• Direct-hire recruiting experience is a plus
• Construction/skilled trades recruiting experience is highly preferred
• Strong sourcing and candidate relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Driven by results and motivated by an uncapped commission structure

Compensation & Schedule

• Commission only
• Uncapped earning potential
