Position Summary
The Director of Security directs the development, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive and effective Security program(s) for MultiCare Health System. The Director provides leadership to embedded Security leaders in highly matrixed teams across the MultiCare System; establishes, directs and monitors strategic initiatives to ensure highly reliable and safe Security programs are operational, continually improving, are cost-effective, competitive and relevant to their market(s); serves as the system’s subject matter expert; establishes strategies; key metrics, customer service excellence standards, and service level agreements; develops and implements policies, standard operating procedures and protocols in accordance with national, state, local, and Joint Commission; monitors program performance and performance improvement activities and ensures continual survey and regulatory readiness/compliance. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.Requirements

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $124,425.60 - $179,046.40 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
