The Director of Business Development will lead new business opportunities through influence and collaboration to drive growth in the senior living and facility services sectors. They are responsible for building trust-based relationships, delivering compelling proposals, and meeting financial sales targets.
Salary: $115,00 - $135,000 + commissions

CCL Hospitality Group—part of Compass Group North America and parent organization to Morrison Living, Unidine, Culinary Services Group, The Hub, Strategic Dining Services, and Coreworks—is seeking an exceptional sales leader to drive continued growth in the thriving community living dining and facility services sectors.
This role reports to the Vice President of Sales and is a perfect fit for someone who enjoys leading the strategy, vision, and collaboration behind every new sales opportunity—even without direct staff management. Here, you’re the leader of the deal.
The ideal candidate will be based in New York or New England.
