Job Description

障がいのある中途採用者向け一般職を募集します 

SAPジャパンでは、障がいのある方を対象に、カスタマーエンゲージメント＆アドプション事業本部の業務を支援いただく契約社員を募集します。長期就業を希望される方を優遇します。 

<主な業務>  

• 会議体のアレンジおよびファシリテーション 
  (Solution Review会議、Customer Success Committee会議など) 
  - 会議冒頭の進行、目的・アジェンダの確認、会議終了時の決定事項・次のアクションの確認 
  - Teamsの文字起こし・要約機能等を参考に、内容を確認したうえで議事録を作成 

• システムのデータ確認およびデータ入力  
  (SAPデリバリーシステム(プロジェクト情報システム)のデータ確認/入力) 
  *各種社内システムの操作方法は入社後に習得いただけます 
  - デリバリー担当者よりプロジェクトの情報を取得し、その内容をSAPデリバリーシステムに入力反映 
  - SAPデリバリーシステムに入力反映させたデータのデリバリー担当者への確認 

• 購買システムオペレーションとプロセスの処理 
  (SAP購買システムのオペレーションとプロセスの処理) 
  *各種社内システムの操作方法は入社後に習得いただけます 
  - 必要なプロジェクト担当者と連絡を取り、購買のプロセスに基づき購買システムを利用して購買のプロセスの処理を実施 

• その他 
  データの入力、データの整理、各種書類(スライド)の作成 

Qualifications

<歓迎するスキル・その他>  

• 英語スキル(読み書き可能レベル以上のスキルが必須) 

• Excel/Outlookメール/PowerPointなどのMS Officeスキルがある方を歓迎します 

• 関心事項やスキルに応じて業務を担当いただきますが、上記以外の業務もございますので個別協議のうえで決定します 

• 原則として、自宅からのフルリモート勤務が可能です 

※業務上必要な場合の出社の有無については、選考時にご説明します
