Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality assurance, policy, and operations teams to ensure consistent enforcement of digital trust and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and detailed case records in internal case management systems, contributing to ongoing platform safety reporting.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with evolving social media platform policies, cultural context, and regulatory requirements relevant to the Greek-speaking market.
• Provide constructive insights regarding user behavior patterns and content trends within Greek-language social media communities to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Greek language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role.
• Valid EU passport is mandatory.
• A good working knowledge of English to communicate effectively within an international team environment.
• Prior experience in content moderation, trust and safety, digital compliance, or a related field within the social media or tech industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong critical thinking skills, sound judgement, and a high level of personal resilience when reviewing sensitive or disturbing content.
