Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in digital marketing, funnel building, and marketing automation. This role is responsible for driving lead generation, improving conversion rates, and supporting business growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of building high-converting marketing funnels, optimizing campaigns, and using data to continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with lead generation and revenue goals.
• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels from lead capture through conversion and nurturing.
• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows, CRM integrations, and tracking systems.
• Monitor campaign and funnel performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
• Support paid advertising, email marketing, landing pages, and other multi-channel marketing initiatives.
• Assist with content planning, campaign execution, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to recommend new strategies and opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on funnel building and marketing automation.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, conversion optimization, and digital analytics.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media, email marketing, landing pages, and social media.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Highly organized with strong project management and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Must be willing to work as an independent contractor.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
