ResponsibilitiesThis is an opportunity for a strategic, performance-minded digital marketer to help shape how State Farm drives growth through lead generation in support of digital channel acquisition. In this role, you’ll support strategy, execution, and optimization for lead-focused programs including click leads, telematics qualified leads, and B2B2C partnerships that generate high-value acquisition opportunities. You’ll help connect prospective customers to the digital quoting experience and improve how lead sources contribute to quote starts, quote completions, and new business growth.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong digital marketing and lead generation expertise with analytical thinking, curiosity, and a test-and-learn mindset. The ideal candidate understands how to evaluate lead quality, optimize toward downstream conversion outcomes, and identify opportunities to improve performance across the insurance customer acquisition journey.
What You’ll Do
- Support strategy, execution, and optimization across key lead generation programs, including click leads, telematics qualified leads, and B2B2C partnership channels.
- Monitor campaign and partner performance with a strong focus on lead volume, lead quality, conversion efficiency, and business impact.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to build and execute performance-driven lead generation plans aligned to acquisition goals.
- Support targeting, tagging, tracking, and data integration efforts to ensure lead generation programs are measurable, optimized, and scalable.
- Build and maintain relationships with lead generation vendors, aggregators, and B2B2C partners to support performance and uncover new acquisition opportunities.
- Identify ways to improve lead flow, operational processes, and the effectiveness of lead generation investments.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, campaign planning, activation, and optimization.
- Experience working with external lead vendors, aggregators, publishers, affiliate partners, or B2B2C partnership models.
- Experience using customer, audience, and performance insights to improve marketing outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity, initiative, and enthusiasm for testing new lead sources, technologies, and partnership opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience supporting or managing lead generation programs, including click-based lead models, qualified lead sources, and/or partnership-driven acquisition channels is preferred.
- Familiarity with the role of digital marketing in driving new growth for a large corporation and franchises is preferred.

- Potential starting salary range: $80,600 - $100,000
- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
- High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience

Salary range: $88,660 - $110,000
