Their services range from advanced aesthetic treatments, including facials, Botox, and laser procedures, to hormone replacement therapy, peptides, and weight loss solutions. With a strong operational background and a focus on scalable growth, the client is committed to creating structured systems, maintaining compliance, and delivering a premium experience while expanding across multiple channels and markets.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, personable, and systems-driven Social Media & Brand Manager to architect the high-end digital growth of an expanding hybrid telehealth, longevity, and clinical aesthetics business.
This is not a simple "content poster" or community management role. We are looking for a hybrid strategist and operator who can build a comprehensive brand strategy from the ground up, manage its execution, and simultaneously establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and repeatable asset workflows so our creative processes can be easily scaled and replicated in the future.
In this position, you will build and run the multi-channel digital strategies for both sides of our business ecosystem—a luxury, brick-and-mortar medical aesthetics clinic and a national concierge telehealth platform specializing in advanced wellness and metabolic optimization. Additionally, you will build and structure the personal executive and lifestyle brands of the co-founders, as well as manage, grow, and leverage Google Business Profile reviews to continuously establish local market authority and trust.
The ideal candidate is fully bilingual (fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish) with a deep understanding of marketing to upscale demographics. Experience in healthcare or medical aesthetics is a major plus, as this position requires a strong technical understanding of compliance-friendly copywriting, interactive AI funnels, and structured CRM organization.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3–5+ years of dedicated social media strategy and brand development experience. A background specifically navigating high-ticket medical aesthetics, luxury wellness, telehealth, or premium healthcare spaces is highly preferred.
Language Fluency: Native or professional bilingual fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is strictly required.
Systems & Documentation Comfort: Proven capability to not just execute tasks, but visually map out operational workflows and draft clear SOPs so that the brand's media framework can be replicated as the business scales.
Tech Stack Proficiency: Comfortable integrating or working directly with advanced marketing CRMs (like GoHighLevel), workspace architecture systems (Notion/Asana), Google Business Dashboard, and AI lead-capture/funnel software.Comfortable working with advanced marketing CRMs such as GoHighLevel, workspace management platforms like Notion, Google Business Dashboard, and AI powered lead capture and automation tools, with a strong emphasis on documentation and scalable workflows.
