Jobsity is looking for a Paid Media Manager to support a company in the mental health education and professional development space.

This is a remote, part-time contractor opportunity for LATAM, with an expected dedication of approximately 60–70 hours per month.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns, primarily through Meta Ads Manager.

  • Monitor campaign performance and improve key metrics such as leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.

  • Create and manage organic social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Develop content calendars, campaign concepts, and marketing copy.

  • Write and edit blogs, newsletters, promotional emails, and other digital content.

  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to turn technical or sensitive topics into clear, engaging, and accurate content.

  • Track campaign and content performance and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Independently manage priorities and deliverables within the allocated monthly hours.

What We’re Looking For
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads / Meta Business Manager campaigns.

  • Experience with organic social media, copywriting, and content creation.

  • Experience creating content calendars, blogs, newsletters, or email campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.

  • Strong communication, organization, autonomy, and attention to detail.

  • Intermediate English or above.

  • Experience in healthcare, mental health, wellness, education, or another sensitive industry is a plus.

Role Details
  • Location: Remote – LATAM

  • Contract: Independent Contractor

  • Dedication: 60–70 hours/month

  • Schedule: Flexible, with recurring meetings during Argentina business hours

  • Equipment: Own computer required
