We're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support a creative and dynamic team. Our client, a leading platform for small businesses and creators, is looking for a talented professional to lead influencer and creator network partnerships in a hybrid role based in Brooklyn. This is a Temp position that offers the opportunity to drive impactful campaigns and collaborate across multiple teams. *Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:* * Develop and execute strategies to grow and manage creator and affiliate network partnerships, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI. * Oversee the planning and implementation of creator campaigns, including testing promotional tactics and optimizing partner performance. * Build and nurture ongoing relationships with network partners, managing day-to-day communications and platform initiatives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Analytics to improve partnership capabilities and program integrations. * Monitor network performance, analyze creator and campaign metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. *Digital Marketing Manager Qualifications:* * 4-6+ years of experience in creator, influencer, and affiliate marketing roles within an organization or agency. * Strong familiarity with creator commerce and affiliate platforms like LTK, ShopMy, YouTube Affiliates, and others. * Deep understanding of creator economics, affiliate models, and performance attribution. * Proven ability to develop strategic relationships and execute successful marketing campaigns. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
