About the Job:

Vista Radio is looking for a full-time Digital Coordinator (Client Success) to support our growing Digital Operations team.

In this role, you'll serve as an important connection between our Sales team, clients, Digital Operations, Creative, Production, and Development departments.

You'll support sales representatives with digital advertising product knowledge, campaign requirements, and technical clarification before the sale, while helping ensure sold campaigns move efficiently through internal coordination, launch preparation, execution, and performance monitoring.

You'll also assist with campaign documentation, digital trafficking and fulfillment support, and our Half Price Deals platform.

Your goal? To help deliver a smooth campaign experience while supporting our clients' advertising objectives and keeping internal teams aligned every step of the way.

What you’ll do

• Support Sales Teams and Client Success – Serve as a key coordination resource for sales representatives, providing guidance on digital advertising products, campaign requirements, specifications, timelines, and internal processes.
• Participate in Client Discussions – Join client calls when needed to explain digital advertising solutions, clarify technical requirements, and support campaign planning and readiness.
• Coordinate Digital Campaign Execution – Review sold campaign details, identify missing information, clarify expectations, and ensure creative assets and campaign requirements are ready for successful launches.
• Support Campaign Administration – Assist with Insertion Orders (IOs), campaign documentation, approvals, and internal workflows to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Assist Digital Traffic and Operations – Provide trafficking support, follow up on campaign setups, conduct fulfillment checks, and help maintain accurate execution updates.
• Monitor Campaign Performance – Review digital campaign analytics and monitoring dashboards, identify performance trends, and recommend opportunities to improve results and support client goals.
• Facilitate Internal Collaboration – Coordinate handoffs between Sales, Creative, Operations, Production, and Development to ensure clear communication, accountability, and timely campaign delivery.
• Support Half Price Deals – Assist with accurate offer entries, coordinate marketing requirements, and contribute ideas to improve the platform and program.
• Maintain Organized Records – Keep internal trackers, checklists, campaign notes, and status updates accurate and accessible to support effective communication and follow-through.
• Identify and Resolve Challenges – Proactively address campaign issues and escalate operational concerns to the Digital Operations Manager or technical and strategic matters to the Director when required.

What you Bring

• Previous experience in digital advertising, media sales, client success, campaign trafficking, marketing coordination, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with digital advertising products such as display, programmatic, social media, video, websites, newsletters, SEO, digital audio, e-commerce, deal platforms, contesting, and promotions.
• Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and related systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain digital advertising concepts and technical requirements clearly to sales representatives and clients.
• Confidence reviewing campaign analytics and performance dashboards and translating observations into practical recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing campaign requirements, Insertion Orders, creative assets, approvals, and launch readiness.
• The ability to translate client and sales representative needs into clear, actionable instructions for internal teams.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment when resolving issues or escalating concerns.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and dependable approach to working with multiple departments in a fast-paced digital environment.
