About the Job:

Vista Radio is looking for a full-time Digital Coordinator (Business Success) to support our growing Digital Operations team.

Working closely with Sales, Digital Operations, Creative, Production, and Development, you'll play an important role in coordinating digital advertising campaigns, supporting internal processes, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

This position focuses primarily on the internal business and operational side of digital campaign delivery, helping ensure campaign requirements are complete, deadlines are met, and potential challenges are identified and addressed early.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate Digital Campaign Execution – Review sold campaign details, identify missing information or creative assets, and ensure campaigns are properly prepared for successful launches.
• Support Campaign Administration – Assist with Insertion Orders (IOs), campaign documentation, approvals, and internal workflows to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Assist Digital Traffic and Operations – Provide trafficking support, follow up on campaign setups, conduct fulfillment checks, and help maintain accurate execution updates.
• Monitor Campaign Performance – Review digital campaign analytics and monitoring dashboards, identify performance trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate Internal Collaboration – Coordinate handoffs between Sales, Creative, Operations, Production, and Development to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Identify and Resolve Operational Challenges – Proactively track missing materials, workflow bottlenecks, competing priorities, and potential campaign delays.
• Support Half Price Deals – Assist with accurate offer entries, coordinate marketing requirements, and contribute ideas to enhance the platform and program.
• Maintain Organized Records – Keep internal trackers, checklists, campaign notes, and status updates accurate and accessible.
• Improve Operational Efficiency – Work collaboratively with Digital Operations team members to support process consistency, campaign readiness, and effective internal communication.
• Escalate When Needed – Communicate significant challenges affecting workloads, timelines, or campaign execution to the Digital Operations Manager.

What you Bring

• Previous experience in digital advertising, marketing coordination, campaign trafficking, project coordination, operations support, or media sales support.
• Familiarity with digital advertising products such as display, programmatic, social media, video, websites, newsletters, SEO, digital audio, e-commerce, contesting, and promotions.
• A good understanding of digital marketing and an interest in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and related advertising systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing campaign requirements, Insertion Orders, creative assets, approvals, and fulfillment information.
• Confidence reviewing campaign analytics and performance dashboards and identifying practical opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when coordinating with multiple internal departments.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to turn incomplete information into clear, actionable next steps.
• Sound judgment when addressing operational challenges and knowing when to escalate concerns.
• A collaborative, dependable, and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced digital environment.
