The Deputy Head of Fundraising will lead and coach a team of community fundraisers to drive sustainable income growth and achieve ambitious regional targets. They will work closely with the Head of Fundraising to manage budgets, monitor performance, and strengthen relationships with donors and corporate partners.

We are the largest non-NHS provider of end-of-life care in the UK, the only provider across all 4 nations, delivering community nursing and hospice care across the country, while providing information and support on all aspects of dying, death, and bereavement. Our leading research pushes the boundaries of what we know about good end-of-life, and our campaigns fight for a world where everyone gets to have the best possible quality of life while living with an illness, they’re likely to die from.
We’re looking for a Deputy Head of Fundraising – Scotland to help drive sustainable income growth across the region, support the delivery of ambitious fundraising plans, and lead a team of community fundraisers to deliver against targets.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who can combine strong people leadership with commercial thinking, relationship building and a genuine passion for supporter engagement. You’ll work closely with the Head of Fundraising to identify opportunities to grow income, improve performance, develop supporter recruitment and retention, and strengthen relationships with donors, volunteers, community groups and corporate partners.

Based: Homebased role in Scotland with occasional travel for team meetings.
