Job Title: Dental Patient Coordinator (Virtual Receptionist)

Position type: Full-Time

Work hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time

Work days: Monday to Friday

Salary: $6 - $7 per hour

Workplace: Remote

Preferred Candidate Location: El Salvador, Honduras, Colombia, Guatemala, and Philippines

Our client is a U.S.-based dental practice committed to providing quality dental care and exceptional patient experiences. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and personable Dental Patient Coordinator (Virtual Receptionist) to support daily front-desk operations, patient communications, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling.

As the virtual point of contact for the practice, you will play an important role in ensuring patients receive timely assistance, accurate insurance information, and a smooth scheduling experience. You will handle incoming calls that the in-office team cannot accommodate and help maintain patient communication and administrative operations even when the physical practice is closed.

The practice operates four days per week, approximately 10 hours per day. This full-time remote position follows an eight-hour working schedule within the designated 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time window, providing coverage during operating hours and additional support when the office is closed.

We are particularly interested in candidates with dental or healthcare experience, hands-on U.S. insurance verification knowledge, excellent phone communication skills, and a strong sense of accountability.

Spanish-English bilingual proficiency is highly preferred but not required. We welcome qualified applicants who can demonstrate strong experience, reliability, and excellent patient service.

If you enjoy helping patients, managing busy phone lines, and keeping healthcare operations organized, we'd love to hear from you!
