As a Demand Generation Marketer, you will own the hands-on execution of programs that generate qualified pipeline for a fast-growing B2B technology company serving leading e-commerce brands. You will work directly with company leadership to turn high-level growth priorities into campaigns that attract the right audience and drive booked sales meetings.

This is a builder role on a lean team, not a narrow marketing-specialist position. You will personally execute across content, webinars, email, paid acquisition, landing pages, and campaign analytics. You should be comfortable taking a high-level objective, determining how to execute it, launching the campaign yourself, measuring the results, and adjusting quickly based on performance.

We are specifically looking for someone who has operated with significant ownership on a small marketing team. Candidates whose experience has primarily been within large marketing organizations, where they owned only one specialized part of the funnel, will not be a fit for this role.

Responsibilities

● Own and execute demand generation campaigns across content, webinars, email, and paid acquisition, with accountability for qualified leads, booked demos, and pipeline

● Build a content-led demand generation program across channels such as LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs, long-form content, and podcasts

● Own the webinar program end to end, including topic development, landing pages, promotion, audience acquisition, registration, attendance, and post-event follow-up

● Develop and execute strategies that convert content and webinar audiences into qualified prospects and booked sales meetings

● Build and manage email campaigns, newsletters, nurture sequences, audience segmentation, and campaign follow-up in HubSpot

● Plan, launch, test, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads

● Build and optimize campaign landing pages and conversion paths using Webflow or similar platforms

● Track funnel and channel performance across metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, booked demos, conversion rates, CPL, CAC, and pipeline generated, using results to determine where to scale or adjust investment

● Maintain accurate campaign attribution and lead source data within HubSpot

● Coordinate with external SEO/AEO resources and support occasional sales enablement needs such as one-pagers and campaign assets

● Use AI tools such as Claude or equivalent platforms to accelerate content creation, research, campaign development, and analysis while applying strong independent judgment

Requirements

● 3+ years of hands-on demand generation or growth marketing experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology

● Experience working on a lean marketing team, ideally 1–4 people, with direct ownership of campaigns and measurable marketing outcomes

● Candidates coming from large enterprise marketing organizations must demonstrate independent ownership of a new market, business line, growth initiative, or similarly broad function; narrow specialist experience within a large marketing department is not sufficient

● Proven track record connecting personally owned marketing programs to measurable outcomes such as qualified leads, booked demos, opportunities, pipeline, or revenue

● Strong content marketing experience with an understanding of how to use content to generate demand rather than engagement alone

● Proven experience running webinars or virtual events with responsibility for audience acquisition and measurable lead or pipeline generation

● Hands-on experience with email marketing and nurture programs as well as paid acquisition through platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or Meta Ads

● Experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation and CRM platform

● Strong written and spoken English, including the ability to independently create customer-facing marketing copy

● Self-directed and comfortable executing with limited oversight in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment

● Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent platforms as part of the marketing workflow

Nice to have

● Experience marketing to e-commerce, retail technology, Shopify-focused, or similar customers

● Experience executing B2B marketing campaigns targeting the US market

● Experience with Webflow or similar landing-page and CMS platforms

● Familiarity with SEO/AEO and coordinating with external specialists or contractors

● Experience building a demand generation function or successful acquisition channel from an early stage

● Basic creative capabilities using tools such as Canva or Figma

Benefits

  • Salary: $3,000 to $5,000 USD per month, depending on experience
  • Location: Fully remote; candidates may be based anywhere
  • PTO: 15 days
  • Holidays: Local or US holidays
