Job Description

Our clients are leading institutions in the banking sector, committed to being a reliable financial partner for individuals and businesses. They focus on delivering innovative banking solutions, ensuring financial stability, and supporting sustainable economic growth.

The role includes:

• Supporting the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination and governance
• Managing project documentation and SharePoint structures
• Preparing management presentations and project reporting
• Coordinating project meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities
• Facilitating collaboration between business and IT teams
• Tracking actions, decisions, and project progress
• Supporting stakeholder communication and ensuring transparency across the project
• Fluent in written and spoken English, German level C1

Main responsibilities:

• Update the current-month payment and forecast files accurately and within the agreed reporting timeline, ensuring that reliable financial information is available for the CIO meeting.
• Ensure the accurate and timely upload of customer contract documents and initiate the signature process by assigning them to the appropriate project stakeholders.
• Verify received invoices for approval and, once the required approval is confirmed, accurately initiate the payment process within the agreed timeline.

Must Have

• Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result.
• German level C1

The ideal candidate brings:

• Extensive PMO or project management experience in complex IT or transformation environments
• Strong organizational and German communication skills
• Experience working with both business and IT stakeholders
• Excellent Microsoft 365 knowledge, particularly SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel
• A proactive, structured, and hands-on approach
• Fluent in written and spoken English, German level C1
