The Role: Delivery Director 

As a critical member of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Delivery Director is responsible for the transformation and integration of our global Delivery Organisation. Following our recent acquisitions of entities like Skie, Definitive Results, and ITG Commerce, this role is pivotal in driving delivery excellence, margin performance, and client satisfaction across a unified global footprint . 


Key Strategic Focus Areas: 

  • M&A Integration: Leading the operational transition of acquired companies and delivery centers into a single, high-performance BluPrintX organization . 
  • Workforce Architecture: Developing a flexible hybrid resourcing model (onshore, nearshore, offshore) to widen our capability offerings and improve delivery velocity . 
  • Operational Excellence: Leading the enhancement of our "Order to Cash" technology stack, integrating platforms such as Salesforce, Kantata, and Sage. 
  • Financial Stewardship: Full accountability for regional delivery margins, cost control, and utilization targets across all engagements. 
  • Capability Development: Partnering with Capability Leads to champion career frameworks and learning pathways for our global talent pool. 


Ideal Background & Experience 

  • Consulting Leadership: Strategic delivery leadership experience within a multi-region professional services business, preferably in a PE-backed "buy and build" environment . 
  • Scale Expertise: Proven ability to deliver large-scale transformation projects into Enterprise clients, effectively competing against and winning against "Big 4" consultancies . 
  • Operational Transformation: Deep experience optimizing business processes across Sales, Presales, and Delivery to align Go-To-Market solutions with delivery methods. 
  • Workforce Design: A track record of building and managing hybrid workforce models that utilize offshore and nearshore teams to maintain cost efficiency and delivery excellence . 
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of project financials, capacity forecasting, and P&L management within a professional services context.
