About the role:
This is a relationship-first role with serious impact.
As a Dealer Relations Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for our dealership customers. You’ll help them adopt BizzyCar successfully, get maximum value from the platform, and grow with us over time. You’ll blend relationship management, product expertise, and strategic account ownership, and you’ll work directly with dealership leaders (Dealer Principals, GMs, Fixed Ops, Service Managers) in a role where you can see the results of your work every week.
This role is fully remote, but we’re looking for someone who lives in a major metropolitan area, is comfortable being on the road, and enjoys building relationships face-to-face. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy being customer-facing, and can own outcomes without being micromanaged, you’ll fit right in.
