Data Specialist (SCM)

This role will be responsible for supporting the digitalization and optimization of information flow within the supply chain area. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent data processing skills, and the ability to develop digital tools and dashboards that will enhance decision-making processes and operational efficiency.

This position will contribute to consolidating and digitalizing fragmented data sources, reducing manual, repetitive tasks through automation, improving real-time visibility of key supply chain metrics, generating accurate, timely, and actionable information for leadership and operations, supporting inventory optimization and working capital improvement initiatives.

What you’ll do:

Digitalize and automate information and reporting processes within Supply Chain Management.

  • Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources (ERP systems, production databases, logistics platforms, etc.).

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools to provide clear, actionable insights.

  • Create and maintain data models to support supply chain planning, inventory management, and operational performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Finance) to understand data needs and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and automation.

  • Support the implementation of digital initiatives and new data tools aligned with the company’s digitalization strategy.

  • Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with internal data governance policies.

What is required:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer science or related

• Advanced English skills

• 2+ Years of experience in similar roles

Power Bi, SQL, Python programming , Visual Basic, Power Apps PPL 400 – P900 desired
