The Data Operations Specialist supports the Platform Architect by managing day-to-day workflow automation, reporting, and data quality initiatives. They act as a first responder for data-related tickets and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational data reliability.
The Data Operations Specialist provides dedicated support, implementation, and backup capacity for the Platform Architect on the WirelessWindow initiative, while owning the day-to-day Smart Workflow automation, reporting, and data quality work that keeps operational data reliable across the business. This role partners closely with the Platform Architect and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Billing) to build and scale workflow automation, resolve data-related tickets, and support ongoing platform and reporting needs.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Serve as dedicated support, implementation partner, and backup to the Platform Architect on WirelessWindow, including architecture build-out, ongoing support changes, and validation/testing.
Build, maintain, and optimize Smart Workflow initiatives (SIM inventory reconciliation, router audits, order processing, plan upgrades) using Make, Power Automate, and Copilot.
Fulfill recurring and ad-hoc reporting requests for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and occasionally customers; document and scale reporting workflows for consistency and accuracy.
Monitor data quality and investigate anomalies across Rev.io, Salesforce, Sage, Cradlepoint, Peplink, Starlink, and all present and future Cortex applications; support audits and reconciliation efforts foundational to Smart Workflow reliability.
Act as first responder for data-related tickets in Atlassian (Jira), triaging and resolving or escalating Smart Workflow exceptions.
Support light development, including SQL queries, Power BI updates, and low-code/no-code automation.
Use LLMs and AI agents (e.g., Copilot) across development, reporting, and process work — including prompting, debugging, and automation — to accelerate workflow delivery and operational responsiveness.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Billing to align Smart Workflows with business needs.

Desired Qualifications
Experience partnering with a data or platform architect on system builds.
Familiarity with Rev.io, Salesforce, Sage, Cradlepoint, or Peplink.
Experience using AI/LLM tools (e.g., Copilot) for workflow development or debugging.
Experience supporting telecom, IoT, or connectivity operations data.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand and use a computer for extended periods.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment using collaboration, development, and project-management tools.
