About This Role

This individual will lead the development and execution of the enterprise-wide strategy for Master Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Standards, and Product Segmentation, driving data consistency, operational efficiency, and business transformation across multiple internal organizations.

What You Will Work On

Create and implement data governance policies, models, and operating procedures.
Lead the strategic direction, governance, architecture, and ongoing optimization of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and associated enterprise data platforms.
Define enterprise standards for data creation, maintenance, governance, and quality.
Build data dictionaries, metadata catalogs, lineage maps, and data artifact documentation.
Create and maintain KPI's for data quality, governance effectiveness, adoption, compliance, and operational performance.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's Degree in related field with 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP, master data, governance, or enterprise data management.
Experience in SAP MDG and enterprise data governance frameworks.
Experience leading enterprise-wide data transformation programs.
Understanding of cross-functional business processes and master data dependencies.
