Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote operations team supporting our corporate headquarters in Weston, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and auditing accurate digital records across our e-commerce platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) databases, and inventory tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Accurately input, update, and verify customer information, order details, and account records in our internal databases.
• Assist with e-commerce product catalog updates, pricing verification, and SKU management.
• Cross-reference inventory data, shipping logs, and wholesale order forms to ensure data consistency across departments.
• Identify, flag, and correct data discrepancies, duplicate entries, or missing information in spreadsheets and systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company standards for secure data handling and record management.

Qualifications
• 0 to 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, retail operations, or general office work.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., filtering, basic formulas, data formatting).
• Excellent typing speed and numerical accuracy with strong attention to detail.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to learn internal e-commerce and database software quickly.
• Dedicated home office environment with a secure, high-speed internet connection.

Compensation & Benefits
• Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour.
