About the Opportunity  

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Specialist to maintain, enhance, and support our client’s Learning Analytics and Reporting platforms used by their Global Learning team.

You will focus on ensuring the ongoing reliability, accuracy, and continuous improvement of our client’s existing analytics ecosystem, including Power BI dashboards, Power Apps solutions, SharePoint sites, and supporting data sources. The successful candidate will work closely with Learning, Capability, and Reporting stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, onboard new data sources, and improve the user experience.

This is a 6-month contract position with flexibility for full-time, part-time, or reduced-hour arrangements, provided consistent support is available throughout the engagement.

Ideally, this person will be able to automate the solutions, so whenever the data is collected, it will automatically populate dashboards. 

Location: Remote in EU or India

Contract Type: Freelance / Contract

Project Duration: 6 Months

Project Capacity: Full-time preferred (flexible working patterns, part-time, or reduced-hour arrangements can be accommodated provided consistent support is available)

Start Dates: Early to mid-November  

SweetRush is a remote organization, and as such, all resources must be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours.

Hourly Rate: Negotiable

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Power BI development and administration.
  • Experience with Power Apps development and support.
  • SharePoint administration and site management experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills including: 
    • Power Query
    • Pivot Tables
    • Data modeling
    • Advanced formulas
  • Experience designing and maintaining business dashboards and analytics portals.

Data & Analytics

  • Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting principles.
  • Experience managing multiple data sources.
  • Ability to identify data quality issues and implement solutions.
  • Knowledge of KPI design and performance reporting.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in a global environment.
  • Business English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft 
  • Experience with Learning Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Learning & Development metrics and reporting.
  • Experience supporting global or enterprise-scale reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile project delivery.

Success Measures

By the end of the assignment, you will have:

  • Maintained uninterrupted operation of Learning Analytics platforms.
  • Implemented agreed reporting enhancements and dashboard improvements.
  • Added new data sources and automated manual reporting activities.
  • Improved reliability, accuracy, and usability of analytics solutions.
  • Documented reporting processes and technical architecture for long-term sustainability.

Ideal Profile: A hands-on Power BI and Power Platform specialist with strong analytics skills who can act as the ongoing technical owner of a learning analytics ecosystem, ensuring the platforms continue to evolve and deliver business value.
