Dairy Business Manager - California

Adisseo is looking for a Dairy Business Manager to drive commercial success in California, one of North America's key dairy markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to build strong customer partnerships, expand market presence, and deliver innovative animal nutrition solutions that create value for dairy producers.

Reporting to: Dairy Sales Manager
Travel: Approximately 50–60% within California and surrounding territories, as needed.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales objectives. 

• Build strong relationships with dairy producers, nutritionists, feed mills, consultants, veterinarians, and distribution partners. 

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding strategic accounts. 

• Partner with Technical, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver value-driven customer solutions. 

• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to drive territory growth. 

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field. 

• 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience within dairy nutrition, feed additives, animal nutrition, or livestock production. 

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships. 

• Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems; ability to travel extensively throughout California.
