Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Language & Tech Skillset
- Czech: Native or near-native mastery (C1/C2 level) in both written and spoken formats.
- English: Upper-intermediate to advanced proficiency (B2/C1 level) for navigating internal training modules and corporate messaging.
- Digital Literacy: A formal computer science degree is not necessary, but you must be incredibly comfortable operating smartphones, tablets, and various desktop operating systems.
- Soft Skills: A naturally encouraging, friendly communicator who takes genuine satisfaction in problem-solving and helping others.
- Experience: A background in contact centers, BPO spaces, or technical helpdesks is a great bonus, but is entirely optional.
