About the Role

Are you a fluent Czech speaker driven by helping people and curious about a career in the travel sector? We are seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our global service team representing one of the world's most recognized online accommodation and travel portals.

In this position, you will act as a helpful guide and digital assistant for Czech-speaking guests and international hospitality partners. Working completely remotely from any region in Greece, you will address inquiries, manage reservation changes, and ensure every trip goes off without a hitch. Previous experience with a travel agency is not necessary—we supply complete, fully paid training to prepare you for long-term success!

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance: Serve as the main contact person for Czech-speaking travelers via phone, email, and live text chat, offering warm, professional support.
  • Booking Management: Assist clients in modifying, canceling, or confirming reservations across hotels, private holiday homes, and alternative accommodation choices.
  • Partner Collaboration: Communicate directly with global lodging providers to resolve booking discrepancies, rate adjustments, or special guest demands.
  • Problem Resolution: Patiently handle guest concerns and escalate intricate technical or payment issues to dedicated internal teams whenever necessary.
  • Data Integrity: Meticulously record client communications and case resolutions into our central CRM database.

Candidate Profile

  • Language Skills: Fluent command of Czech (C1/C2) and solid English abilities (minimum B2) for utilizing internal administrative tools and completing onboarding programs.
  • Work Setup: Resident in Greece with access to a quiet, private home workspace and a stable internet connection.
  • Work Eligibility: Valid passport from an EU member state or complete legal authorization to work in Greece.
  • Experience: Previous exposure to customer service, tourism, or hospitality is appreciated, but not strictly required—we recruit for mindset and train for practical skill!
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working a variable shift pattern (5 days weekly, 8 hours per day) scheduled between 08:00 AM and 00:00 AM.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €1,200 gross per month, structured across 14 installments per year (€16,800 total annual base salary in alignment with Greek labor policies).
  • Performance Bonus: Monthly incentive scheme offering up to 20% extra based on performance metrics.

  • Equipment: Enterprise IT equipment (computer system, display monitor, headset, etc.) delivered straight to your residence.

Relocation Support (If Moving to Greece)

  • Travel Covered: Fully reimbursed airfare ticket to Greece.
  • Accommodation: 3 weeks of company-funded hotel housing upon arrival.
  • Administrative Assistance: Complete official support for local registration, tax registration (AFM), and social security setup (AMKA).
