The Customer Experience Associate supports the sales and operations teams by ensuring accurate sales documentation, maintaining CRM data integrity, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. This role contributes to a smooth and efficient customer journey by supporting internal processes and coordinating with multiple departments.
This is a full-time position with flexible work arrangements including in-office, hybrid, or fully remote options. Candidates must reside within the contiguous United States.
Compensation Range: $17.00 – $29.00 per hour Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare accurate and timely sales quotes
Review sales quotes prepared by others
Communicate professionally and responsively with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide updates, and support timely resolution of requests
Assist in managing and maintaining CRM and ERP data
Support internal workflows that ensure a seamless customer experience
Coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed, and perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of CRM/ERP experience required; specific HubSpot/Odoo experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate across multiple interconnected departments
