Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Vietnamese-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a dynamic and international team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality customer experiences and supporting users in a fast-paced, digital environment.

You will be responsible for assisting customers with platform-related inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.

  • Provide timely and professional support to customers via live chat, email, and phone

  • Assist users with account-related queries, platform navigation, and general usage

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues in a clear and efficient manner

  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating when required

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and response quality

  • Able to work night-shift, if needed

Requirements:

  • Native Vietnamese and good command of English

  • Previous experience in customer support or customer service (preferably in online platforms, fintech, or similar industries)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Comfortable using customer support tools and digital platforms
