What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve customer questions while providing an exceptional experience
  • Accurately document every customer interaction
  • Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
  • Follow established procedures and quality standards
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain professionalism during every interaction
  • Meet quality, attendance, and productivity expectations


Schedule

  • Operating hours currently between 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM EST
  • Seven days per week
  • Rotating days off
  • Schedule subject to business needs


Compensation

  • $5.75 USD per hour
  • Paid weekly (in arrears)
  • Independent Contractor position


Technical Requirements (Essential)

To be considered, candidates must meet all technical requirements below:

  • Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
  • 16 GB RAM
  • Dual monitors
  • Webcam
  • Headset
  • i5 processor and higher
  • Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)
  • Backup power solution
  • Microsoft Teams / Office 365
