We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager who blends strategic account management, revenue ownership, and technical program oversight. This role is perfect for someone who loves building long‑term partnerships, influencing product direction, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Position Summary

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving significant revenue growth, increasing product adoption, and strengthening strategic relationships with key customers and vendor partners. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts—anticipating needs, removing roadblocks, optimizing solutions, and identifying new opportunities to expand value. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, program management, and technical understanding to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long‑term partnership success.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Achieve or exceed assigned revenue quotas through effective sales strategies and execution
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to maximize account growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors
  • Penetrate existing accounts to minimize churn and drive profitable expansion
  • Serve as the lead liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure deliverables meet SLAs
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and implementation of new vendor/OEM partnerships and programs
  • Manage special customer requests, including product enhancements, contract updates, and new solution launches
  • Monitor product usage trends and proactively engage customers showing signs of decline
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on goals, performance, and future initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance on product enhancements and communicate technical roadmaps
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to elevate customer experience
  • Track and analyze key account metrics; maintain accurate CRM documentation and client profiles
  • Ensure all major project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product advancements

  • Travel as needed to pitch, close, and expand business
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking circuits to strengthen partnerships
  • Promote cross‑departmental collaboration to improve internal efficiencies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

🎓 What You Bring

Education

  • Associate Degree in Management or Sales required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in sales, marketing, account management, or a related professional role
