About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of customers. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers successfully onboard, adopt, and maximize the value of Displai.ai’s solutions.

This role is highly cross-functional and will partner closely with Sales, Support, Product, Implementation, and Marketing to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-obsessed, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact post-sale.

  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and day-to-day users.

  • Lead onboarding, adoption, and renewal efforts to ensure customers realize value from Displai.ai’s products.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business goals and recommend solutions, workflows, and best practices to support their success.

  • Monitor account health, usage trends, engagement, and risk indicators to proactively address issues and identify growth opportunities.

  • Partner with Sales and Account Management on renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion strategies.

  • Collaborate with Product and Support teams to communicate customer feedback, troubleshoot issues, and advocate for product improvements.

  • Conduct business reviews, success planning sessions, and regular customer check-ins.

  • Support the development of scalable customer success processes, playbooks, and reporting as Displai.ai continues to grow.

  • Help customers navigate change management and drive internal adoption across their teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.

  • Experience managing a portfolio of B2B customers and driving adoption, retention, and expansion.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage both executive stakeholders and day-to-day users.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Commercial mindset with experience supporting renewals, upsells, or expansion opportunities.

  • Ability to analyze customer usage, identify trends, and translate insights into action.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Implementation teams.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Startup experience or experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment is a plus.

  • Experience with digital signage, workplace communications, employee engagement, retail technology, or customer experience platforms is a plus.
